Welcome to Accent Leadership (operated by Dialect Work, a sole proprietorship registered in California). By accessing this website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Accent Leadership offers online accent reduction coaching, digital courses, assessments, and related educational resources. Services may include:

- 1-on-1 coaching sessions (one-off or subscription)

- Digital courses and self-study products

- Assessments (free or paid)

- Group coaching and future community features

2. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed through third-party tools such as Stripe and PayPal via Payments AI (ClickFunnels).

- Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly).

- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

- Refunds are governed by our policy below.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly Plans: We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee. You must show proof that you've completed all assigned exercises, attended your sessions, and submitted recordings. If no improvement is seen, a refund may be issued.

- Accent Assessments ($25): Covered by a satisfaction guarantee. If you found no value, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

- Courses & Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations:

- One-off coaching sessions require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

- Subscribers may cancel/reschedule with a 2-hour notice.

- Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, drills, written content, video/audio, and teaching frameworks are owned by Dialect Work and may not be:

- Reproduced or shared publicly

- Resold or redistributed

- Used to create derivative works

- This includes all proprietary lesson materials, instructional frameworks, and digital assets unless otherwise licensed.

5. User Conduct

By using this site or participating in any program, you agree not to:

- Violate the rights of others

- Distribute spam or unsolicited promotional content

- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior

- Share private or proprietary content with non-members

We reserve the right to remove access or terminate accounts without refund for violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimers

Accent Leadership provides educational tools for improving speech clarity. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

We are not licensed medical speech-language pathologists. This is not a substitute for speech therapy or clinical diagnosis.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or services, including but not limited to:

- Missed business opportunities

- Data loss

- Emotional or reputational impact from voice/speech work

- Use at your own discretion and risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
